In this A2 Hosting review I’ll tell you the most important thing about this provider and test their claims. Let’s see if A2 hosting has anything new in 2022.

A2 hosting turbo plans are using AMD EPYC proccesors that are a lot newer and way more expensive than their competitors. And instead of traditional HDDs A2 hosting is using NVME SSDs which can be up to 20 times faster. Other providers do use some sort of solid state storage but as far as I know A2 is the only one that is using hardware as powerful and as fast as this for shared hosting plans.

Previosly mentioned hardware and their litespeed servers result in loading speeds that pretty much smashes the competition. In addition to this you also get A2 optimizer that can futher improve your website’s performance. Basically if you buy the turbo plans you won’t need to worry about the performance aspect.

In my experience live chat agents pretty much always answer my questions. Even tho they can seem a bit unfriendly I believ that they just try to work efficiently and resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

The control panel does the job. A2 is using the old Cpanel instead of a custom solution that is now very popular amongst competitors. It’s not a huge deal since you have all of the functionality. It seems like A2 is aiinly focusing on the newest hardware but kinda skips upgrading the software. Another thing is pricing and especially the renewal – it’s definitely a lot but I think you do get what you pay for.
